Key Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive performance to meet all KPIs linked to  the Scania Apprenticeship training delivery
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with Scania stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Inspiro and Scania operational procedures/standards
  • Present and respond to data and management information to meet client expectations
  • Manage delivery and facilitate innovative, effective training solutions to support continuous improvement
  • Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed at all times

Additional Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery standards and continuous improvement across all training teams.

  • Lead CPD and succession planning to grow individual and team capability.
  • Support reporting requirements for both Inspiro and JLR.

    • Apprentice and client feedback
    • Trainer RAG status
    • QAR
    • Gateway pass rates
    • First time EPA pass rates
    • High grades
  • Compliance with H&S requirements.
  • Efficient use of resources and upskilling of training personnel.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • L&D qualifications
  • Experience in training delivery and people management
  • Background in Heavy Vehicle training delivery
  • Understanding of OFSTED requirements
